It's National Pumpkin Day!

Oh how I love all things pumpkin!  Do you?

October 26th is National Pumpkin Day - a day to celebrate pumpkins.

Here is link to some of my favorite pumpkin recipes.

Here is a link to the recipe for my newest favorite pumpkin recipe -
Pumpkin Maple Cream Trifle.

I made this dessert for our October church potluck and it was SO good.
I had a feeling I was really going to like it and that is why I made it for the pot luck.
Other than my daughter, the rest of my family is anti-pumpkin.  Isn't that sad? :-(
So when I make something pumpkin-y I usually have a lot of leftovers.
When I make something for a potluck I am able to try it out,
but I am also only able to have one serving! ;-)

I can't wait to make it again for Thanksgiving!
It reminded me of the eclair cake I make in the summertime,
but with pumpkiny, autumny goodness!

And, last, but not least, here is a link to the pumpkin recipes that I want to try in the future. :-)

Happy Pumpkin Day!
Enjoy!
